Hiya cupcakes,
I've been a very bad blogger and a very bad dieter! Ok, ok I admit it, I cannot diet, well I can, I just can't stick to a 'plan'.
In the week before Ryan left I went out for lunch a good three times, I think I went back up to 12st 13lbs as of last Friday, that said I do only have to look at food for it to fly to my hips, well that's a lie, my bum!
Ryan has now been gone for over a week, and I'm now 12stone 6lbs, I think this is a combination of not being bother to cook myself full meals, it's just a hassle for one (I swear if I was single I'd be 7st!), there are no biscuits, take aways or chocolate in my house any more. Ryan loooovvveeees biscuits, chocolate and take away, as do I but I don't buy them for myself, and as it's only be at the moment I can't have a take away as no where delivers! I'm not living on thin air though, I am eating and drinking lots of coffee balanced by lots of water and don't feel hungry, probably because I'm soooo busy.
I have serious respect for single mums, this is hard work! I've been going to bed at about 10.30pm just incase Finn is awake all night, the few extra hours enable me to function the next day!
If anyone has an recommendations for hand cream then please tell me! Ryan is chief washer uper in our house and as he isn't here I'm doing it, plus bottle washing means I have manky hands!
So I do apologise for being such a bad blogger, and hopefully when I'm fully packed, moved and back to being a family I'll be a much more frequent blogger!
