Innoculations & Slings

Today Finn had his second set of injections today, having had so many in Nicu he was a star and cried for all of 2 seconds before being right as rain again, brave little boy!

Luckily our new sling came from Victoria the Slinglady today after super fast delivery so I have been able to wrap Finn as he's been wanting cuddles and get on with being a domestic goddess! I was using a mixture of my Moby wrap and the Morph sling from Mamas and Papas, the Moby wrap was very useful and I love the feeling of having Finn so close to me during the day when is being fussy it calms him right down, but it's very boring! The Morph we use for going to the Cinema each week as our local Picture House Cinemas hosts the 'Big Scream' sponsored by Bepanthen once a week, for £6.50 we get coffee and cake and a showing of a new film which you can only go to if you have a under 1 year old, however I find the Morph a bit unsupportive and feel it will be better when he is a bit bigger. Our new fabulous wrap sling from Victoria is a gorgeous small flower print for a bargain price of £13.50. It's so soft and very pretty and amazingly supportive.

You can find Victoria on Facebook or here http://www.victoriaslinglady.co.uk.

We'll be sporting this on Thursday to see One Day.

Finn just loves being wrapped in it as you can see!

Love Mel & Finn xx

  2. Aww thank you! Her slings are so much prettier than any others, I think I might have to buy another. Luckily I don't think I'll have that problem for a while, I think I'll be sad when I eventually have to give it up too. I was watching YouTube videos of people carrying up to 2stone toddlers, I'm not that brave!xx
